Kathy came thru starting from my desperate email the night before arriving the city, and highly responsive back and forth until she helped me with a solution! “Came here for my yearly eye checkup and contact lens prescription. Firstly, when I called and made an appointment Kathy at the front desk was super kind and answered any questions I had. The day of I was actually almost an hour late but Kathy didn’t chastise me for it and got me set up to still see Dr. Chu. The eye examination was quick and very thorough. They had machines there that I’ve never seen before, and they gave me a good insight on my overall eye health. Dr. Chu was also very sweet. I plan on using this office for all me future eye care needs. Thanks guys!”
